Software Architect Job Description
Develop technical strategy, software architecture and design solutions based on interactions with clients, project management and application engineering .
Responsibilities
· Rapid prototyping to establish proofs of concepts through interactions with Subject
Matter Experts
· Architect enterprise solutions
· Translate requirements into program specifications
· Evaluate new tools / technologies and make recommendations based on their
applicability
Qualification
· BE/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed institution
· 4 years experience in designing and developing applications
Key Skills
· Expertise in Java and XML based technologies.
· Good knowledge of at least one of the following version control systems
· Familiar with at least one high and low level designs.
· Sound knowledge of Design Patterns & techniques to refactor code
· Excellent communication skills
· Familiarity with profiling applications
· Knowledge of eXtreme Programming techniques

Compensation :

Occasional overseas visits may be needed.
