Just wanted to post this question.... what ERP package is hot and top paying. Is it SAP, Peoplesoft or others.

What do you guys think .... I am thinking of moving to ERP line so wanted to know others opinion

We have bad experience with Oracle 11 and 12. Our group consists of 5 companies. The trading company implemented Oracle 11 and the pharmaceutical company implemented Oracle 12.

I think SAP is still better for manufacturing.

The first step you must to do before selecting an ERP software is define you key business requirements - not the technology !
When it can't fulfill the business requirements, don't choose it even it's SAP, Oracle or other famous ERP software.
