Performance review
I wonder if anybody could offer me some advice? I recently had my annual performance review at the company I work for; I'm something of a research engineer by trade although my work enables me to take on a variety of roles and directions simply because of the nature of the work.
To begin with, let me be honest and say that this year has been somewhat difficult in terms of incoming work for my business group, however despite this I've kept myself busy and have pushed myself in everything that I've done, including independent pursuits to try and bring much needed work into the group. As it is, I'd consider my year to be solid, I've delivered with no problems and I was proud of what I've achieved - including learning new skills. |
