Clearing IAS is a big thing,everybody can't do it, It requires lots of effort n knowledge, those who can clear that Exam, Are also able to crack IAS interview too..

are these types of questions really asked in civil services.. in my opinion they are more of ice-breaker rather than having any real meaning..
