Which companies pays good package?

- The best pay package IT companies ( for freshers and 2 yr exp like me )
- How many of them are in Bangalore ?( or even Hyderabad )
- What domain are they working on ? ( Development , support etc )
- Salary package in INR
- Onsite opportunity in the companies ?

Sharing one of the forwards which stimulated my desire to put the post.

well i think if your are highly skilled and educated then you can have really good pays, IT industry is highly paid HR specialist also are highly paid

Hi,

Most of the companies are paying very similar packages only. Unless small start up companies.

I think the best way to get this info is to catch hold of an employee of those companies.In the market the IT field will be given to high package.And who has highly skilled and educated then you can have really good pays.

If you have good skills and job experienced you can get best salary package in any Field. But IT field is growing very fastlly and their salary packages are really high.
